Laser engraved photos make for great one of a kind gifts for any occasion. To achieve the best possible results please follow these guidelines:

• The photo you want engraved should be the original, i.e. downloaded/sent directly from the device which was used to take it. Photos downloaded from social networks or sent through messaging apps tend to be compressed, which greatly reduces their quality.

• To make sure your photo is indeed the original check its size (should be at least 1MB, preferably more).

• The subjects should be close enough so that important details (like facial features) are clearly visible.

• There should be enough contrast between the subjects and the background.

Avoid:

​

• blurry photos

• photos taken at night or in low light conditions

• excessive filtering

• photos on which the subjects are too far away

• wrong orientation (e.g. 3 or more people in a vertical (portrait) photo)

• collages (2 or more photos put together)​

Check your photo (preferably on a computer monitor or other large screen) to make sure all details are sharp and clearly visible.
