GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS
The following are the terms and conditions for use of the ENDLESS FANTASIES website or any Internet site to which the website is linked (the “website”). ENDLESS FANTASIES is registered in Croatia (registration No. 98306499) and can be contacted at endlessfantasiesdesign@gmail.com.
https://endlessfantasies.eu is for use by persons who are 18 years and over only.
WEBSITE CONDUCT
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website. All photos, product designs and product descriptions provided on the website are the exclusive property of ENDLESS FANTASIES unless otherwise specified. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of ENDLESS FANTASIES or their respective owners.
WEBSITE ADVERTISING
We reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website. Advertisers and sponsors on the website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused therefrom.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Website features customizable made-to-order products. Due to the nature of products made and sold by ENDLESS FANTASIES no stock is kept. Manufacturing starts once payment is received. We will contact you in the event that materials needed to make a product are not available at the moment to offer an alternative or notify you of when they might be available again.
ORDER PROCESS
An Order is placed on the Website by pressing the appropriate button at the end of the checkout process depending on the payment method of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email containing details of the Product(s) you ordered. When your order is ready we will arrange for delivery and notify you once your order is shipped.
PRICE OF GOODS
The price listed on the Website (the 'price') for ENDLESS FANTASIES products (the "products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in manufacturing costs, prices of materials, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website is wrong. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are not included in product prices. As ENDLESS FANTASIES is not a VAT registered business no VAT is applicable and therefore not included in product prices.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated by weight, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping option of your choice. Please keep in mind that manufacture and delivery times might be prolonged due to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, unavailability of raw materials, natural disasters, strikes, customs checks and holidays. Any dates specified for delivery are approximate only. We will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying.
If possible, thoroughly check the condition of the package the moment you receive it. If any damage occurred during transport, please inform the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can start resolving the issue.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it and ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you received it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning a product contact us via e-mail or through our contact form.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your product for an equivalent one, we will exchange it for you upon receipt of the original product. Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement product. In case there is a difference in the price of the two products we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top up payment.
Personalized products & one of a kind gifts such as those containing names, initials, dates or photos will not be exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive the product, we will notify you and issue a refund within seven working days.
Personalized products & one of a kind gifts such as those containing names, initials, dates or photos are non-refundable and may not be returned.
Endless Fantasies will not accept returns and issue refunds based on the claim of the product's colors not matching those shown in the photos. For additional information check the next section.
ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION
All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colors, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. Although product information and images are regularly updated, we are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information and images at any time without prior notice.
All prices listed on ENDLESS FANTASIES are correct at the time of entering. On occasion, product pricing may vary due to exclusive promotions.
Please be aware that the actual colors of our products may not completely match the colors shown in the photos due to the fact that computer monitors/mobile screens display colors differently depending on their quality and settings. Lighting conditions at the time a photo was taken can also affect the colors in the aforementioned photo.
Color names are subjective, approximate, and may vary. Different products with the same color name may not necessarily match in color.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure its accuracy, the information available through the website is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the products available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the products.

You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you on the Website by us, or our advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
COMPANY CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and ENDLESS FANTASIES for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until ENDLESS FANTASIES accepts your order by e-mail. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time ENDLESS FANTASIES sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms and conditions on the Website. We reserve the right to alter or change any promotion at any time.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. LAWS
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the Croatian laws. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Croatia. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
TERMINATION
We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately.
